Maintenance Clean

A maintenance clean is a routine cleaning designed to keep your home or office consistently tidy. It includes dusting all light fixtures, furniture, picture frames, shelves, decor and baseboards. It includes shining all mirrors and wiping window ledges and any smudges from the glass and washing all surfaces. It includes a thorough cleaning of your kitchen, cleaning all counter tops and cabinets, wiping the outsides of all appliances, cleaning the stove top and glass door and sanitizing the microwave in and out. Bathroom sink and showers will be fully scrubbed and the toilet will be cleaned inside, out and behind. You can expect every room to be thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed and floors will be mopped.

Deep Clean

  •      A deep clean is a more thorough, intensive cleaning that goes beyond a maintenance clean by  tackling neglected areas that have a lot of  built up dirt and grime. It includes all the same features as a maintenance clean but targeting those more hard to reach areas. These things would include vacuuming underneath all furniture, cleaning inside, underneath and the behind appliances, washing ceiling fans and light fixtures, wiping down baseboards, washing dirt off of walls and cleaning above and underneath kitchen cabinets. This would include washing bathroom walls and baseboards and detail cleaning faucets and tiles.
